Welcome to the official website of the North Shore Writers Festival!

North Shore Writers Festival LogoThe North Shore Writers Festival is an annual festival of writers and readers brought to you by your three North Shore Libraries: North Vancouver City Library, North Vancouver District Public Library and West Vancouver Memorial Library.

This year’s festival takes place all day on Saturday, April 21 at West Vancouver Memorial Library. And do we have a fantastic line-up for you!

With headlining authors Marina Endicott, Anita Rau Badami and Daniel Kalla, a storytime and activity for children with author Kallie George, a panel of six local bloggers sharing their blogging secrets, a workshop for writers, and a writers and readers reception (complete with a grand prize draw), there is something for everyone at this year’s festival. How could we fit all of these fantastic events into just one day? You’ll have to stop by to find out!

So please, snoop around our new website to find out what is happening and what we have got planned for you. Don’t forget to check back as well — we’ll be posting festival updates and highlighting various aspects of the festival as the big day draws nearer.
